What can I update myself?
Text, images and news items are normally updated by you through a simple CMS — I cover exactly what applies to your site during training. Larger structural changes are usually done by me.
What does support cover?
Support covers minor adjustments, questions and bug fixes during the period included in your package (3–12 months depending on package, see above).
What does it cost after delivery?
The project price covers the work itself. Domain, any email and hosting (unless you choose the free Netlify tier) are separate costs paid directly to the relevant provider. Hourly-rate support is available after the support period.
Will the site hold up over time?
I build with established, open web technologies rather than proprietary systems, which reduces the risk of lock-in or the site becoming outdated. Like all software it still needs ongoing updates over time, covered by hourly-rate support after the warranty period.
