How quickly will I hear back?
I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours on weekdays. For urgent matters, please call me directly.
What areas do you work in?
I work in two areas: Web & Visibility (websites, visual identity, marketing) and IT & Digital Workday (training, guidance, system selection and migration) — for small businesses and organisations.
How does payment work?
After an initial consultation I present a quote based on your needs. Payment is usually by invoice with 30-day payment terms.
Can you work remotely?
Yes, I offer both remote support and online meetings. For clients in the Mälardalen/Stockholm area, I also offer in-person meetings.
